Terms of Service

These terms apply to creators who use Dignitas Talent Data (the “Service”), operated by New Meta Entertainment Inc (“NME”), to connect a social-media account. These terms are an agreement between you and New Meta Entertainment Inc. By connecting an account you agree to them. Your representation agreement with Dignitas continues to govern the commercial relationship; if the two conflict, that agreement wins.
THE SERVICE
The Service reads audience statistics from accounts you connect (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what) and uses them to keep Dignitas' media kits and roster figures current. It is a read-only tool: it never posts, messages, edits or deletes anything on your accounts. For X, the Service does not connect to your account at all; it reads only public data about the X accounts on your Dignitas roster through the official X API.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND CONSENT
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to represent.
- Connecting is voluntary and revocable. You can disconnect from the same link at any time, or through the platform's own app-permission settings.
- The connect link you receive is personal. Do not share it; ask nmedata@dignitas.gg for a new one if it expires or is lost.
USE OF THE STATISTICS
NME may show the statistics collected through the Service, as aggregates and with the date they were collected, to Dignitas staff and to prospective sponsors, agencies and partners in the course of representing you. NME will not sell the data or use it for purposes unrelated to your representation.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and X are provided by Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Pte. Ltd. and X Corp. respectively, under their own terms. The Service's access depends on those platforms' APIs, which can change or be withdrawn; NME does not guarantee that any statistic will remain available. Use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Use of X data is subject to the X Terms of Service, the X Privacy Policy, and the X Developer Agreement and Policy.
AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
The Service is provided as is to NME and the creators it represents. NME is not liable for platform outages, API changes, or decisions sponsors make on the basis of the statistics. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
NME may update these terms; the effective date above changes when it does. Continued use of a connected account after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: nmedata@dignitas.gg.
