Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-10-14
Dignitas Talent Data (the “Service”) is operated by New Meta Entertainment Inc (“NME”, “we”), the company behind the Dignitas esports organisation and its talent roster. It keeps the audience statistics that appear in the media kits NME's sales team uses with prospective sponsors. This policy explains what the Service reads when a creator connects an account, what it stores, and how to disconnect.
WHO THIS APPLIES TO
Creators represented by Dignitas who choose to connect a YouTube, Instagram or TikTok account through a link sent by their talent manager. Connecting is optional; the Service works with publicly available statistics and manually entered figures for creators who do not connect.
For X (formerly Twitter) there is nothing to connect: the Service reads only public data about the X accounts listed on a creator's Dignitas roster, through the official X API (see below).
WHAT WE READ WHEN YOU CONNECT
- YouTube (Google, scopes
yt-analytics.readonlyandyoutube.readonly): the identity of the channel you authorise and aggregated audience statistics from YouTube Analytics — the share of views by viewer age group and gender, and the share of views by country. We do not read individual viewers, comments, private videos, revenue, or anything about other channels. - Instagram (scopes
instagram_business_basicandinstagram_business_manage_insights): your professional account's username, follower and media counts, per-post and per-reel view, like and comment counts, reach, and aggregated follower demographics (age, gender, country). We do not read messages, comments text, stories content, or ad accounts, and we never post. - TikTok (scopes
user.info.basic,user.info.profile,user.info.statsandvideo.list): your display name, username, avatar, follower, following, like and video counts, and the view, like, comment and share counts of your public videos. We do not read private videos, messages, or drafts, and we never post.
WHAT WE READ FROM X (NO CONNECTION)
Once a month, and when Dignitas staff refresh it manually, the Service uses the X API v2 with application-only access (no X login, no access to your X account) to read, for each roster X account: its public profile metrics (followers, following and post counts, and whether the account is protected) and the public metrics of up to 30 of its most recent original posts (impressions, likes, replies, reposts and quotes). We do not read direct messages, protected posts, non-public metrics, or information about your followers, and we never post.
We store only the X account's numeric ID and username and the resulting aggregates (for example follower count and average likes per post, with the date range they cover). We do not store the text, media or IDs of individual posts. If an account is protected we record its follower count only.
WHAT WE STORE
- The account identifier and username the platform returns, the access and refresh tokens needed to read the statistics above, and the date you connected. Tokens are encrypted before they are written to our database and are used only by our servers; they are never displayed, exported or shared.
- Aggregate statistics as dated snapshots (for example “followers: 582,000 as of 2026-09-23”) and aggregate audience demographics as percentages. We do not store lists of your followers, viewers or commenters.
Data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in the United States, behind a password-protected application hosted on Vercel.
HOW WE USE IT
To build and keep current the media kits and roster figures that Dignitas staff use when representing you to sponsors, agencies and partners, and to check the accuracy and freshness of those figures. Statistics may appear, as aggregates, in media kits and decks shared with prospective sponsors. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to any third party for their own purposes.
Dignitas Talent Data's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Our use of data obtained from the X API complies with the X Developer Agreement and X Developer Policy. We do not use X data to make inferences about sensitive characteristics, to monitor individuals, or to measure the performance or usage of X itself. X's own handling of your data is described in the X Privacy Policy.
RETENTION AND DISCONNECTING
You can disconnect any platform at any time from the same link you used to connect, or by contacting nmedata@dignitas.gg. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens immediately; the platform's own revoke controls (Google Account permissions, Instagram “Apps and websites”, TikTok “Manage app permissions”) have the same effect on our side. Dated snapshots already in media kits are kept as the historical record unless you ask us to remove them. Tokens for accounts that have not been refreshed successfully for 12 months are deleted.
If Instagram sends us a data deletion request for your account, we delete the tokens and the demographics and statistics collected through that connection, and provide a confirmation code and status page as Meta requires.
For X, if you ask us (or X instructs us) to delete statistics derived from your X account, or your account is deleted, we stop reading it and delete the X-derived statistics as soon as reasonably possible and in any case within 24 hours of the request. If your account becomes protected we stop reading its posts and keep only its public follower count.
WHO CAN SEE IT
Dignitas and NME staff who manage talent and sales, through the password-protected application. Service providers that host the application and database (Vercel, Neon) process the data on our behalf under their own terms. Failure alerts sent to our internal Slack workspace contain account names and error messages, never tokens or statistics.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
We will update this page when the Service changes what it reads or stores, and note the new effective date above. Questions or requests: nmedata@dignitas.gg.
